New & Improved Gung Ho! Crust

Notice anything different about our dough?

As you know from the amount of spam we send you, we are hell-bent on improving every facet of the Gung Ho! experience (and telling you about it after). To this end we sent John off to Italy over the summer with strict instructions not to come home until he had retrieved the Secret of Pizza from Berlusconi.

Long story short, Gung Ho! Pizza now boasts the only graduate of Scuola Italiano Pizzaioli in China. Scuola Italiano Pizzaioli was the first accredited Italian pizza school in the world and John’s teacher Graziano Bertuzzo is also the current World Pizza Champ!

Upon his return, John’s first order of business was to re-tool our pizza dough. We loved our pizza crust but we’d always felt that it wasn’t that great the day after. Now we have an all new more robust crust that holds up much better over time. And of course it tastes better!
